Do you offer GapOnly™ payment through my pet insurance?

Yes, our computer system has the functionality to submit claims on your behalf. GapOnly™ reviews and calculates your pet insurance claim while we're at your home. You simply pay the gap (the difference between our invoice and the claim benefit under your policy).

Do you treat large animals?

While our very experienced veterinary team has had training in treating large animals like horses and cows, our van has been specially equipped to treat small pets like cats and dogs. 

Do you accept eftpos payments?

Unfortunately, our card reader only accepts chip and contactless cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

We also don't accept cash or cheque payments.
